Mixing elements of Alternative, Jazz, and Latin, singer-songwriter J.Russo croons his way through catchy melodies and introspective lyrics. Within his style of Acoustic/Indie/Lounge, a unique blend of influences can be heard: Paolo Conte, Frank Sinatra, Jack Johnson, John Mayer, Howie Day, Jeff Buckley, Thom Yorke, to name a few.
For the past year, J.Russo has been performing in San Francisco and around the Bay Area. He's played at SNOB Wine Bar, Green Earth Cafe, On The Corner Cafe, The Starry Plough, Iron Springs Pub (Fairfax), Vine Wine Bar (Oakland), Theatre Square District (Petaluma), and various open mics throughout the city. He recently was featured in a Mevio Underground music video, a local video production company based in San Francisco.
