  1. log in to http://upcoming.org

  2. If you haven't done so already, join the group named 'theutah' - go here: http://upcoming.yahoo.com/group/2391 then click 'Join this group'

  3. Add your event in upcoming.org - click here: http://upcoming.yahoo.com/event/add

  4. once you've added the event, you'll be sent to the event's details page. On this page, there's a link that says 'Send to group'. Click this link and send it to the group named 'theutah'

  5. Viola, presto, that's it. If you'd like to verify that it made, just go back to http://upcoming.yahoo.com/group/2391 and verify that its there
