I just made my debut at The Hotel Utah on August 8, 2011 with my first original song, written just two weeks ago. I had just moved into my new apartment the weekend before and one morning in my quiet apartment and the peace of it all... my thoughts became lyrics and the melody. There's something to say about life transitions and I am very grateful for all my life experiences because they have brought me to exactly where I need to be in this wonderful journey called life. This song is about brand new starts, beginnings, and it's called, "Sweet Rebound". Enjoy!!!

8/15/11- I got up on stage for the 2nd time and I called up anyone who can play flamenco style so Jimmy jumped up to the occasion... so this week's version features Jimmy on guitar with an awesome solo at the end!

8/22/11 - Ok, Did my song again this week but I have something NEW in the works for next week... "Starting to Forget"
********************************************************************************
8/29/11 - I wrote my 2nd song "Starting to Forget", sitting at the bar at The Utah last week. This song is about seeing others in love and wondering how it all happened while I am starting to forget what that is like... enjoy!
******************************************************************************
9/5/11 - I wrote a special song recently called "Come and Go". I was inspired by a friend's love story when I wrote this song. Enjoy!
******************************************************************************
9/12/11 - This song is my tribute to being a "fun" single girl but having to put my foot down! It's called "Friday Night Girl" and it's my attempt at something a little bit more playful and upbeat!
********************************************************************************
9/19/11 - Ok, it was "COVER SONG" night and I chose a song from one of my favorite artists! Sara Bareilles... "Gravity" got me thru a tough break-up and I hope I did it some justice!! FYI*** next week on 9/26/11, I have my first show at 1400 Bar and Grill in Alameda at 8:30PM with my good friends from The Utah, "Molly Gazay" and "Olivia Clayton". Hope to see you there :)

10/3/11 - This was a fun night... It was hosts of hosts night and I decided to play my new song called "Girl in The Mirror" - featuring Laura the beautiful bartender at my favorite establishment in the lyrics... It's a love story that takes place at a bar... enjoy!
***************************************************************************
10/10/11 - The last time I played "Starting to Forget" I was a little tipsy and I didn't like the how I performed it... so tonight I revisited this song with less alcohol in my bloodstream and I feel much better about this performance. Enjoy!!!
******************************************************************************
10/17/11 - Used my keyboard this week just to try it "facing" my audience... It was great!!! Not as scary as I thought... My new song "A Word you Won't Like" - Try to guess what that word is before you listen to the song! Enjoy!
******************************************************************************
10/24/11 - Played my new song "Slipping Away" - sometime things feel like they are slipping away, your man, your days, your dreams... but one thing to remember is that you can make your life a page turner and determine what you want out of life. You are in control! Enjoy!!!
